Sales Index 120 YOY Performance on Black Friday

Led entire black Friday campaign, evolving creative across a 3 week period. I came up with the 'Want it, ASOS Got it', concept for Black Friday working alongside creative. Initially presented 3 creative routes and presented to senior management at all stages of design development process. All creative assets for phased design of the campaign. Worked with in-house motion design + video team and briefed in artworking to freelancers to roll out campaign across channels.
